IT Helpdesk specialist

The successful candidate must have the experience with Microsoft server configurations, exchange
server. Candidate will help on the day-to-day IT issues for the clients — employees.
Required Skills:
Require a Bachelors Degree with good organization skills
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree with minimum three years of experience coding using HTML, DHTML,
CSS and Java script technologies.
- Minimum two years of experience in the web site and User interface design.
- Minimum two years experience with Photoshop for creating images and mockups.
- Must have a firm understanding on the HTML production process, W3C standards, HTML,
compatibilities of major browsers.
- Experience with the full software development life cycle and development process
- Ability to exactly reproduce Photoshop design components in HTML and DHTML
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and research skills
- Expert attention to detail
- Required excellent written communication skills to communicate with different teams
effectively.
- Intermediate Flash/Action scripting skills a plus file size
- Knowledge of JSP and/or AJAX a plus
- Familiarity with source code repository procedures a plus
- Must have at least 3 years of it help desk experience handling the day-to-day issues.
- Must have the experience in the SQL server, MS exchange server and handling the firewall
issues.
- Experience with bugzilla and teamtrack is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
